The General Hospital spoilers update for May 18-22 reveal that several people have Anna on the brain, while Valentin’s new plan causes him problems with Carly. Plus, Ethan spends time at the Quartermaine mansion close to Phoebe.

Someone took photos of Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Chase (Josh Swickard) as they talked in the park. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) put Lulu (Alexa Havins) in the hot seat, confronting her over Rocco (Finn Carr) shooting Cullum (Andrew Hawkes). Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) revealed all the details to Carly (Laura Wright) about how Nina (Cynthia Watros) double-crossed him and stabbed Jack (Chris McKenna) with a syringe. At the hospital, Nina freaked out over whether Jack would die or not, but managed to call Willow to let her know she gave the drug to Jack, not Drew (Cameron Mathison). Willow found Drew just as he was about to make a phone call. Ric (Rick Hearst) proved to Sonny (Maurice Benard) he wasn’t betraying him when it was revealed Ric was working with Ava (Maura West) on an art piece for Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst). The lawyer agreed to let Ethan (Nathan Dean) keep tailing him if it made Sonny feel better.

Curtis (Donnell Turner) vowed to find evidence against Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) after DA Turner (Nazneen Contractor) told him Isaiah was not cooperative at their meeting, and a judge denied a warrant to get a paint sample from his car. Meanwhile, Lulu summoned Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) to her house, where they had it out over Rocco, and Dante laid into Nathan (Ryan Paevey) for not telling him Rocco shot Cullum. Rocco blew up at Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) over their desire to take on Sidwell (Carlo Rotta). Then turned to Britt for comfort as the secret keeps eating him alive. Trina (Tabyana Ali) surprised Portia (Brook Kerr) at the cabin to plan a baby shower. Molly (Kristen Vaganos) visited Jordan (Tanisha Harper), where they cleared the air and reconnected, discussing recent events in their lives.

Ethan learned that Kristina (Kate Mansi) had lost her baby. Chase and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) met with Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) about adopting Phoebe (Luna and Lucia Creighton), as Ethan watched them at the Metro Court Gardens. Isaiah filled Portia in on his conversation with DA Turner and on Curtis’ determination to place him as the driver who left the scene of the accident. Portia defended Curtis, while Curtis got Jordan riled up about Isaiah hiding something. Willow lied to Sidwell about what happened to Jack and demanded they stop drugging Drew. Sidwell didn’t agree and reminded Willow who was boss. Later, Cullum arrived at Wyndemere to inform Sidwell that Jack needed to stay locked in. It was revealed that PI Elaine (Judy Kain) was hired by Michael (Rory Gibson) to take the photos of Willow and Chase. Willow barged into Michael’s office as the photos laid out on his desk.

Carly and Nina had a heated exchange at the hospital about Jack’s condition and Valentin, which ended with Carly gaining more insight into the situation as Nina squirmed. Rocco came clean with his father about the night Cullum was shot. Dante reassured Rocco that he had his back while explaining why it was important that Rocco keep the secret and that he was not being sent away. Britt and Lucas got drunk as they tried to figure out how to tell Sidwell that Cullum killed Marco (Adrian Anchondo), growing their newfound friendship deeper. Sonny and DA Turner flirted before Cullum arrived for his meeting with Turner demanding evidence from his shooting. Turner shot him down as they exchanged threats. Tracy (Jane Elliot) agreed to trust Laura (Genie Francis) regarding Sidwell and drop her injunction against him. Ezra (Daniel Cosgrove) and Laura are determined to find a way to force Sidwell to make a mistake and take him down.

The Week Ahead

Police detective Joe Fitzpatrick is called to arrest one of Port Charles’s own. Laura delivers an update about Anna. Joss makes a grim discovery. Jordan presses Justine about Sonny. Emma opens up to Felicia.
