We can’t stop talking about Rihanna’s half-time show at Super Bowl LVII.
From the show-stopping performance to the mind-blowing outfit, including the $72,000 Jacob watch, there’s a lot to unpack here.
Rihanna took the stage wearing a bright red Loewe jumpsuit complete with matching Solomon sneakers and a red diamond watch courtesy of Jacob & Co.
In true Jacob style, the watch comes in with a resounding name and hundreds of diamonds.
Dubbed ‘Brilliant Skeleton Northern Lights’, the timepiece features a rose gold case and bezel, decorated with 251 round-cut diamonds.
And that’s not the end of the story, because there are 30 more diamonds on the crown.
With an MSRP of $72,000, this is actually one of the least expensive watches from the Brilliant Skeleton Northern Lights line-up.
However, production is limited to 101 pieces, and the price was already going up even before the Super Bowl show.
At the time of writing, there is only one model available on Chrono24, the world’s most popular watch marketplace.
But now that everyone’s seen the watch on Rihanna’s wrist at Super Bowl, it’s only a matter of time before more units pop up for sale in the secondary market.
