Salman Khan shared his excitement over Karan Arjun re-releasing after 30 years. The film, which stars Salman as Karan and Shah Rukh Khan as Arjun, will re-release on November 22. Taking to X, Salman shared the teaser of the film along with a nod to the film. He joked that Rakhee was right, Karan Arjun will return.
“Raakhi ji ne sahi kaha tha film mein ki mere Karan Arjun aayenge … November 22 ko duniya bhar ke cinema gharon mein!” he wrote.
Hrithik Roshan also shared his thoughts on the re-release. The actor, who worked behind the camera with his father in the film, shared the teaser on X and wrote, “Cinema was never the same again… When Karan Arjun came together on the big screen for the first time ever. Re- live the reincarnation of Karan Arjun in theatres worldwide from 22nd November 2024!”
Karan Arjun is a cult classic film about reincarnation. The film revolves around two brothers Karan (Salman Khan) and Arjun (Shah Rukh Khan) who are killed during a fight with Thakur Sangram Singh while they were protecting their mother (Rakhee). Following their deaths, the mother is assured that her Karan Arjun would return and take revenge. The film proceeds to show them reincarnated and heading to the village where their mother awaits their return. The film also starred Kajol and Mamta Kulkarni.
