Detectives enlisted the help of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, which revealed that among the disturbing findings were videos of the 15-year-old victim in the shower and thousands of other images categorized as unlawful photography. In a forensic interview, the victim confirmed the presence of the hidden cameras and recounted a troubling encounter involving an iPad given to her by Sanders, which contained explicit images of him.
Sanders has been charged with multiple offenses, including aggravated unlawful photographing of a minor and solicitation of a minor by electronic means. He was arrested on May 31, following a lengthy investigation that raised questions about the timeline and the nature of the evidence collected.
