Woman Arrested After Lewd Act With Married Business Partner in McDonald’s Parking Lot
Martin County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a McDonald’s parking lot in Palm City, Florida, after a passerby reported a couple engaging in a lewd act inside a parked GMC Denali.
Upon arrival, deputies found Krystal Payne completely nude from the waist down in the driver’s seat, while her business partner, Michael Herbert Biddle (a married man), was fully clothed. Payne openly admitted to the act, stating, “Yes, of course we were.” Biddle denied full intercourse.
Deputies spent significant time determining the appropriate charge, ultimately arresting Payne for disorderly conduct. The incident highlights issues of public indecency and the challenges officers face in such situations.
