When it comes to Haki, fans have seen quite a lot of powerful users of this ability in One Piece.

This spiritual power exists within everyone, but not all of them can tap into it, and even those who do, cannot make the best use of it. Haki is a monstrous ability in One Piece that can take one far in the New World. This ability is wielded by the most powerful individuals in the latter part of the Grand Line, but, most of them also have Devil Fruit abilities.

There are only a handful of individuals who do not possess Devil Fruits and are masters of Haki at the same time. As such, only a handful can be considered to be the elites of the world.

8. Zoro

Zoro is the swordsman of the Strawhat Pirates and certainly a very powerful individual. He wields three swords in battle, and his aim is to become the world’s strongest swordsman. Zoro is incredibly powerful, and he has the ability to utilize all three types of Haki. Zoro is specifically good at utilizing Armament Haki, he also has control over advanced Conqueror’s Haki.

However, Zoro’s control over this power is very limited and he can only channel it for a few minutes. If Zoro makes use of it for longer, he’s likely to lose his life, which makes him a somewhat average user of Conqueror’s Haki so far. Still, he is very powerful, given that only a handful of the strongest can even utilize this ability in the first place.

7. Ben Beckman

Ben Beckman is the right-hand man of Red-haired Shanks and certainly a monstrous individual when it comes to power. Fans know Beckman to be a special character who likely has control over all types of Haki. As of now, fans know that he, at the very least, has control over Armament and Observation Haki.

In One Piece’s 4 billion volume, it was implied that Beckman possesses Haki greater than that of an Admiral. This means that Beckman has what it takes to beat an Admiral, which the likes of Zoro do not, at least at the moment.

Based on the fact that Haki is his only ability, one can come to the conclusion that Ben Beckman possesses one of the strongest Haki that fans have known in One Piece.

6. Mihawk

The strongest Swordsman in the world, Dracule Mihawk possesses two types of Haki, at the very least. Fans know him to have incredible control over his Haki, and, at the same time, the fact that he wields a black blade means that he has great control over his Armament Haki as well.

He also seems to have great Observation Haki, with his skills, with his Conqueror’s Haki being unknown at this point in time.

5. Rayleigh

Rayleigh was the right arm of the Pirate King back during his active days as a member of the Roger Pirates. He is one of the most ferocious pirates to have ever graced the seas, which is why he is also known as the Dark King. Rayleigh does not possess any Devil Fruit powers, and all he has is his trusted Haki.

He is a master of all three types, and his control over advanced Conqueror’s Haki is absolutely immense. The fact that Garp compared him to Whitebeard in terms of legendary status just goes to show that his skill with Conqueror’s Haki is absolutely incredible.

4. Kozuki Oden

When it comes to the usage of Haki, few are as good as Kozuki Oden, and fans know this because he was strong enough to even match up to and potentially defeat Kaido. He could tap into the advanced form of two Haki at the very least, those being Conqueror’s Haki and Armament Haki.

Oden was able to scar Kaido with his Conqueror’s Haki, which showed the immense potency of this power. Had not been distracted, perhaps he would have defeated Kaido as well. Clearly, Oden is one of the strongest Haki users that fans have seen in One Piece, and certainly one who should be clubbed with the other legends of the series.

3. Monkey D. Garp

When it comes to Haki, few individuals are as good as Garp. The old Vice Admiral might be beyond his prime right now, but, back in his younger days, Garp was a monster capable of going head-to-head with Roger. These two individuals have come close to killing each other on many occasions, and that just goes to show how special they truly are in terms of Haki usage.

Garp is a user of all three types of Haki, with his Armament and Conqueror’s being advanced to a great degree. Garp can blow up a small town with his Conqueror’s Haki punch, and he was disappointed with his output ON Hachinosu due to his aging body, which implies that in his prime, he could blow up Islands with his Haki punches.

2. Shanks

The Red-haired Emperor, Shanks is easily one of the strongest Haki users that fans have seen in One Piece. He is currently in his prime, which means that his Haki is at its peak as well. Shanks is a monster in combat, and his Haki is such that he can channel it from miles away.

With a single strike of his Haki-based attack, even a 3 billion pirate in Kid, as well as his right-hand man, Killer, can be taken down. What’s incredible is that this is only a glimpse of his strength and he has not shown what he is truly capable of just yet.
