Authorities revealed that the plot was orchestrated by a group promoting hate speech and radical ideologies, targeting vulnerable teenagers for recruitment into a violent agenda. The Civil Police of Rio de Janeiro, working in tandem with the Justice Ministry, uncovered that the suspects were not only planning to use improvised explosives but also Molotov cocktails to create havoc among the massive crowd. Alarmingly, these recruiters identified themselves as part of Lady Gaga’s devoted fan base, known as the “little monsters,” further complicating the narrative.
