Variety said that the rapper Travis Scott bought a pricey home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The house was bought for $23.5 мιllιon in cash by Jacques Berman Webster II, who was born and raised in Houston.
The modern, ultra-luxe home was built in 2019, and it has 16,700 square feet of space with seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
The huge mansion is on top of a hill and has views in every direction, from downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean. The listing says that these sparkling views can be seen from almost every room in the house.
Architectural Digest says that the front door opens to a sculpture made of carved wood by the Japanese carpenter Toshi Kawabata that stands out.
A stone fireplace and a wet bar are in the great room, which has places to sit and eat. The counters in the next-door kitchen are made of black marble. Glass walls can be pulled back and out of the way in the main living area, making the space open to the patio outside.
On the lower level, there is a wine cellar with glass walls, a home theater, a gym, a sauna, and a game room.
The house also has a 20-car garage, an Italian marble driveway, and two elevators. On more than an acre of land, there are several patios and places to relax, as well as a flat back yard with an infinity-edge pool.
The home’s design and construction were done by the father-daughter team of de Loren & Associates, according to Variety. It was made with the “ultimate Southern California lifestyle” in mind, according to the listing.
In addition to this new property, the rapper and Kylie Jenner, his on-and-off-again girlfriend with whom he has a child, are said to still own a $13.5 мιllιon home in Beverly Hills together.
The beauty mogul recently made news when she bought a home for $36.5 мιllιon in Holmby Hills, which is close by.
