Kim Kardashian and Taylor Swift are not friends and have been caught up in a bitter feud for years, with Kim’s daughter North West now making a swipe at the singer
North West took a swipe at Taylor Swift as she reposted a video which mocked the singer, before her mom Kim Kardashian swiftly deleted the clip.
Kim and Taylor have been embroiled in a feud for years and North risked making it even worse as she re-shared a clip of Taylor dancing on the joint TikTok she shares with her mom. The video showed a sped-up version of Taylor’s music video for her 2017 song Delicate, making it seem like she was dancing erratically.
Over the top of the video was text which read: “So this is your favorite singer?” The original poster captioned the clip: “I’m sorry, what?”
Kim seems to have quickly deleted the post after it disappeared from their TikTok. Fans noticed the video had been removed and took to Reddit to share their thoughts.
Posting a screenshot of the video, one person wrote: “LMAOOO north is so messy.” Commenting on the post, one person replied: “It’s the only repost on their account. This is hilarious i don’t think she meant to repost it.”
Sharing their suspicions that Kim was behind the clip being deleted, another fan said: “Yeah it’s gone already Kim was prob lurking in the sub.” A third person worried Kim and Taylor’s feud is rubbing off on North, writing: “Uh oh lol, I understand North probably saw it online but I hope [Kim and Kanye West] are not spewing hate behind the scenes around their kids, that would just be ugly and unnecessary to let your kids know.”
Kim and Taylor have been embroiled in a feud for almost a decade, after Kim’s ex-husband Kanye West wrote vulgar lyrics about the singer. Taylor recently reignited the drama when she opened up about the impact it had on her.
The singer said the long-running feud took her “down psychologically” to a place she had not been before. She explained to TIME Magazine: “That took me down psychologically to a place I’ve never been before. I moved to a foreign country. I didn’t leave a rental house for a year.”
Taylor continued: “I was afraid to get on phone calls. I pushed away most people in my life because I didn’t trust anyone anymore. I went down really, really hard.”
