She might want Rob Kardashian out of her life forever, but Blac Chyna has vowed she’ll “never” ask a judge to keep the reality star away from their baby daughter Dream.
The Daily News has learned the model and entrepreneur made the solemn pledge in a portion of her interview with ABC News set to air on “Nightline.”
“I would never try to take Dream from her dad,” Chyna told ABC’s Linsey Davis, according to the transcript excerpt obtained by The News.
“How will you go forward co-parenting Dream with Rob without animosity?” Davis asked.
“Hopefully, you know, me and Rob can learn, you know, to have common grounds and be the best co-parents as we can be. And that’s all I, I can really ask for,” Chyna said.
The promise is notable considering the serious allegations Chyna made against Kardashian in paperwork filed shortly before a judge granted her a restraining order Monday.
Chyna, 29, said Kardashian, 30, not only posted naked photos of her on Instagram and Twitter last week without her consent — he also punched her last April and ripped a door of its hinges during a violent outburst.
She said Kardashian punched her in her side, knocking her to the ground.
“I was terrified, and my legs were hurt,” she said in her amended declaration filed early Monday. “Rob was so out of control that he tore the hinges off my bedroom door,” she wrote.
She said Kardashian then went berserk in her closet, throwing her clothes all over the floor as he yelled at her.
“This was a really scary experience for me,” she said in the sworn statement.
“Rob has also threatened to kill himself multiple times in text message since we broke up in December 2016, trying to manipulate me to respond to his outbursts,” she said.
“I take his threats seriously because he showed me a gun at his house,” she wrote.
“I’m literally on the verge of killing my self and u couldn’t care less,” one of Kardashian’s texts read, according to her filing.
“Rob even texted me a picture of his hands full of pills,” she continued, “as if he were going to take his life if I did not respond to his texts right at that moment,” she said.
Chyna filed for the restraining order last Friday after hiring high-powered lawyer Lisa Bloom.
“We had a complete and total victory,” Bloom said Monday after a Los Angeles County judge granted the domestic violence restraining order pending a follow-up hearing set for Aug. 8.
“Hopefully, you know, me and Rob can learn, you know, to have common grounds and be the best co-parents as we can be,” Blac Chyna said about she and Kardashian’s young daughter.
Bloom also sat beside Chyna during her interview with ABC News.
Chyna told Davis she was “devastated” by Kardashian’s treatment.
“How could somebody, like, post these pictures of me?” she said in a portion of the interview revealed on “Good Morning America.”
“I’m like, ‘Wow, OK.’ Like, this is a person that I trusted, I confide in,” Chyna said.
“I had felt comfortable, you know, with even sending these pictures and even talking to him about certain things, you know,” she said. “I felt … betrayed.”
Kardashian’s lawyer Robert Shapiro told reporters his client regretted posting Chyna’s intimate photos during his social media meltdown last week.
“I personally, on Mr. Kardashian’s behalf, apologized and offered our regrets for what has taken place in the past couple of days, and now we move forward to do one thing and one thing only, whatever’s in the best interest of this child,” lawyer Robert Shapiro said after the hearing.
“The child is with Mr. Kardashian,” he said, referring to the couple’s 9-month-old daughter Dream.
A judge granted Chyna a restraining order against Kardashian after the reality star posted nude photos of her online and allegedly abused her.
“They’re working this out amongst themselves as good parents to do what is going to be in the best interest of the child,” he said.
Shapiro said Kardashian voluntarily agreed to “all conditions” of Chyna’s restraining order petition.
“Our primary interest going forward for Mr. Kardashian is the health and welfare of the baby, and both parents are working toward that goal,” he said.
On Monday night’s episode of “Nightline,” Chyna also disputed that she deserved to have her nude photos leaked because she’s previously posed naked and posted the pictures online.
“Just because of something that I used to do, doesn’t mean…I deserve that,” she said.
She also denied that she had cheated on Kardashian, saying the couple broke up in December.
As for allegations that she was using the sock designer for his connections, the businesswoman said she “was already Blac Chyna before the Kardashians.”
