Years after the events of Jason Bourne (2016), the intelligence landscape has changed. While the CIA has officially shut down black ops like Treadstone and Blackbriar, a new threat emerges — EXODUS, a covert organization made up of abandoned assets from various agencies, reprogrammed into obedient operatives for global manipulation. Now living off the grid in a remote part of Eastern Europe, Jason Bourne is pulled back into the shadows after receiving a coded warning from a former ally: files connected to Treadstone and Blackbriar have been stolen and are being sold on the black market by EXODUS. As he digs deeper, Bourne uncovers that EXODUS is doing more than selling intel — they’re implanting synthetic memories and rewriting identities to create a new breed of sleeper agents who don’t even know they’re being controlled.
